We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team, providing essential support for financial administration across the school. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong administrative background who is looking to expand their skills in financial operations within a supportive and dynamic environment which will include reception, support admin attendance and reprographics.
Other responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and budgets
- Monitoring income, expenditure, and account reconciliations
- Managing school accounting systems and processing orders, invoices, and payments
- Maintaining asset registers, collecting fees, and supporting debt recovery
- Responding to financial queries and distributing financial correspondence
Experience with Sage or Arbor is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Actual Salary: £21,950 - £23,019 – Pay Award Pending
Working Hours: 37 hours per week - Term time weeks plus 5 Inset Days (39 weeks per year total)
