Do you want to join our amazing staff team working in a post-16 college for young adults with SEND? We want to appoint 2 motivated and enthusiastic teaching assistants to join our large and supportive Teaching Assistant team. As a member of our Teaching Assistant (TA) team, you will work closely with other TAs and teachers to support the education offer for young people with a range of SEND. We are particularly interested in someone who has experience of working with young adults with more complex needs, management of behaviour and 1-1 behaviour support.

You will be confident about working with young people with a range of SEND needs and have a sound knowledge of best practice in the area. You will be passionate and creative. You will work well in a team and have excellent communication skills. You will be enjoy working in a varied and dynamic environment based in college and supporting young people to access their community and work experience opportunities.

Actual Salary: £19,231 - £21,286

Working hours: 32.5 hours per week, Term Time only plus 5 inset days (working 39 weeks)
