Newfriars College is a Specialist FE College with 200+ learners aged between 16 and 25 who have a range of Special Educational Needs. At Newfriars, we are creating a vision that places our learners and their families at the heart of everything we do.

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced and driven Quality Manager to play a pivotal role in ensuring excellence across our specialist provision.

This is a unique opportunity to shape and enhance the quality of teaching, learning, and support for young people with SEND, helping them achieve independence and meaningful futures.


About the Role

You will lead on quality assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement across the college, ensuring robust systems, outstanding provision, and positive outcomes for learners.

From overseeing RARPA processes and transition pathways to supporting staff development and analysing performance data to drive improvements, this role offers genuine strategic impact alongside hands-on involvement.
