We are looking for a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office and provides a great opportunity for someone with strong clerical skills.

Key Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Perform routine tasks such as photocopying, filing, emailing, completing routine forms, and responding to correspondence.
  • Maintain stock and supplies, including cataloguing and distributing items as needed.
  • Undertake front desk responsibilities, answer routine telephone and face-to-face inquiries, and manage visitor sign-ins.
  • Maintain both manual and computerised records, producing lists, information, and data as required, such as pupil data.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail efficiently.

The ideal Candidate will have good attention to detail with the ability to handle routine tasks efficiently and experience in a similar role.

Actual Salary: £11,320 – £11,498

Hours: Mon – Fri 9:00 – 13:00 (20hrs) Term Time only plus 5 inset days (working 39 weeks)
