We are seeking an inspiring Sports & Healthy Living Lead to champion our Good Health agenda across the college.
In this dynamic role, you will plan, deliver and evaluate engaging sports and health-related learning activities as an Unqualified Teacher, ensuring every student has access to high-quality opportunities that support their physical, mental and personal development. You will lead and coordinate a diverse programme of sport, enrichment and healthy lifestyle initiatives, working closely with students, staff, families and external sports partners.
As a key ambassador for wellbeing, you will promote physical literacy, mental wellbeing and employability skills through sport, creating meaningful experiences that help learners thrive both inside and outside the classroom.
We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills who can confidently communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, proactively address challenges and bring a positive, solution-focused approach to their work. You may also provide line management to support staff and assistants involved in delivering sports and enrichment activities.
